East Coast Flooring sent out a knowledgeable representative instead of someone just out to measure the area. They prepared a reasonable quote on site and made crystal clear what the charges would be with no open or loose ends. Their competitor took about 8 days to get me a quote for a lesser product, were significantly higher in price and had language on their agreement that left them open to hit me with numerous extra charges. East Coast sent out a highly courteous and professional team to install my flooring and their attention to detail was superior. I would highly recommend this company on the basis of professionalism and good customer service. You can buy a floor anywhere but those other aforementioned elements are the difference between a good experience and a great experience.”
