Randy listened to what we wanted and was able to provide a sample that matched nicely with our adjacent flooring. The young men who installed the flooring did an excellent job. My phone calls to the business were answered politely and competently by Caroline. East Coast has installed floors in both our homes and I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

They have a large selection and will answer questions and provide guidance on color/style. Prices are very competitive. The install team took pride in their work; worked hard and steady but did not rush to finish the job.”

“Our shopping experience began with Randy at the showroom. I must have gone back there at least 3 times picking up different samples before finally deciding on which flooring I liked best for our bedrooms. Randy's patience & assistance was outstanding. Then Tom came to measure & explain everything in detail to us about the flooring installation & care. After we signed our contract & left a deposit we were thinking it would not get done before we left for our vacation because of their schedule. Well, Caroline called us & got us on the schedule. It was a 2 day job, Carlos & Daniel arrived promptly & worked diligently & were very professional. We love our new flooring. It was wonderful dealing with a first class business locally. Thank you.”
