A special shout out to Randy who patiently waited for my contractors to do their job, to Caroline who checked on me periodically, and especially to Carlos and Daniel who installed my floor. When our wood came in, the installers were here on time and very timely in the way they worked. They were very courteous and professional. The floor looks beautiful. I must tell you, we got prices from The Villages area and when we went to East Coast Flooring, their price was much more reasonable. We were very pleased with the work done and that we saved money. Comparing our finish (baseboards removed, repainted, replaced) vs. some neighbor's finishes using other companies (quarter round) our look is so much nicer! The flooring was installed on schedule in 3.5 days. The installers were professional - reliable, skilled in every aspect of prep and install, communicated throughout the project, cleaned up appropriately, and accommodated us (and our cat) being in the home while working. Importantly, they attended to every detail and answered every question. We personally liked the installation team as well, very friendly and trustworthy guys.”
