“The workers were VERY easy to work with, and very courteous. The kitchen area and patch beyond the kitchen turned out perfectly. The basement area boards they refinished were done nicely, but the color turned out to be lighter than the rest of the floor. I would use Champion Floors again and recommend them to friends.”

“Champion Floor sanded and refinished our hardwood floors and replaced the hardwood in the entry with ceramic tile. The job was completed faster than expected and I was amazed at how little dust was generated during the sanding. The floors look amazing and the semi gloss finish is much easier to keep looking good than the original gloss finish. The sanding/staining also brought out much more of the natural grain patterns than appeared with the original pre-finished floor. I only wished we had done this sooner!”

“This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Chris, our consultant, was extremely knowledgeable about our options. He patiently walked me through the best choices for our home and was extremely pleasant to work with - he told me he loves his job, and it really shows. The scheduler was attentive and kept us informed at every step. And the installation team arrived on time, was respectful of our home, did a great installation job, and cleaned up before they left. We even had to have follow-up work done by a carpenter because our new carpet was so plush and lovely that our doors wouldn't fit properly - Champion sent someone the next day to remedy this, at no charge. Champion went above and beyond, and I suspect this is the level of professionalism that they deliver to all their customers. We couldn't be happier, and we wouldn't dream of working with anyone else.”
