“Champion Floor beautifully installed new wood floors in my great room and office matching the existing wood floor in the hallway. The truck mounted vacuum system was worth every penny keeping the sawdust from sanding down to barely nothing.”

“I was referred to Champion and Ralph by a local custom builder. I like working with small companies where you can deal directly with the owner. Ralph came to my house and we had a pleasant visit while he inspected my situation. He followed up very quickly with a bid and a few alternates. By that time, I already had a degree of confidence suchthat I did not even obtain another bid. I was somewhat nervous about the whole process, but had a few "hand holding" calls with some of his associates which put my mind more at ease. We set a date and his crew arrived on time. They finished their work on schedule. They were very neat and courteous. I added a few things with the understanding that I would be happy to pay the additional charge. When I received the bill, additions were more than fair and reasonable. I have already recommended Champion (and Ralph)to one of my partners. I would certainly use them again, and would be very willing to recommend them.”

“Got referred to Champion by a friend. We had Ralph come out to measure and provide an estimate on installing prefinished hardwood to match existing flooring. Better price than other quotes and better services. I had Champion move furniture and it was well worth the minimal expense. Installers Joel and Aaron started at 7 am and finished by 3. Two day install turned into 3 as the order was a bit short. Often the way a company recovers from a problem shows their customer service mindset. They found 3 more boxes of our hardwood locally and got it to us to acclimate the same day they realized the shortage. Each day the trash was hauled away and the area was broom clean.”
