“Great! I had a tight time frame due to movers and Thanksgiving. Chris @ Champion was a consummate professional helping me select carpet and padding. Showroom had enough samples for me to have a good idea of what I wanted. Chris came to my house (on time) to bring the narrowed selection with him and to measure for an estimate. Scheduling was easy, installers were on time and focused. Cleaned up before they left. Billing and customer service were friendly and professional. Not sure what else I could ask for from a flooring company.”

“The previous owners of the house had put a thick, shiny substance on the hardwood floor when putting the house on market. It was far from an improvement! The floors were very slick and no amount of cleaning could remedy the problem. Sanding was the only solution. These floors were in dire need of a miracle. Scratched, blotchy, slick. They now look like perfect, new floors. The dust "eater" was well worth the money. Virtually no dust at all, and this is the major complaint with my friends who have had their floors sanded by other companies. They could not get rid of all of it for years. Appointments were made on time, and the experience was better than we could have hoped with such a large project.”

They provided the formal proposal promptly, arrived on the scheduled date, completed the job ahead of schedule, and their work was beautiful. The workers were highly experienced with many years of employment with Champion. They had excellent, cheerful attitudes and their equipment truly did capture 99% of the dust. As a result of our positive experience, we asked Champion to bid more work for us and they came in 40% lower than their competitor which allowed us to upgrade the product and still stay below our budget. We are thrilled with the work that Champion has done for us so far!”

I was minimally disrupted, the employees that worked on my project were professional and on time and the work was handled as if it were their own home. They are one of the few companies that had commercially developed dust containment systems to capture excess dust. Don't trust anyone that says they will just put fans in the windows!
