“Extremely satisfied with how our wood floor refinishing turned out. We did our research, and got a few quotes to refinish our hardwoods that we found under our carpets. Champion’s quote was reasonable, but the real difference for us was the customer service. Contractors are busy people no doubt, but we were tired of wasting months playing phone tag with the other companies. Then I decided to call Champion, and it was night and day! I was able to actually talk to their friendly staff on the phone (rather than leaving a voicemail), and we got lucky because they had a cancelation, and were even able to squeeze us in a couple weeks after. The refinishing process was great as well. The men were friendly and efficient, but also took the time to make sure we picked out the right color stain. Also, when they say almost dust free, they mean it! We noticed no increase in dust around the house during, or after. I decided to write a review, because I’m so satisfied with their work that I’m going to call them for a quote on our upstairs. Thanks Champion Floor!”
