“I was looking high and low for carpet store to install on a runner rug on my newly remodeled staircase. I chose Carpets & More based on they are Google reviews. I visited the store and immediately was welcomed by Michael P who walked me through the entire process. He was personable, super helpful and accommodating, answering all my questions. He help me choose the perfect complement to my stairs and the process with seamless. The installation process was also seamless and the installers worked with my schedule and were professional and reliable as well. “billy the salesperson was great. Install dept unresponsive to phone calls , had to change appt and took 2+ days ti get call back. delivery late , no call until after set time frame and they knew in the Am they were delayed and did not contact me. disrespectful of time . could have not sat and waiting and they knew fouls be late left message for installation dept to call me and they did not . Excellent install of actual carpeting and love the carpet but install dept poor Suzanne Gregory”
