“We recently purchased two large area rugs, two smaller area rugs and a stair runner from Carpetland. Our experience was positive in every way. It began with our sales rep, Jake Sommer, who could not have been more helpful as we found just the right carpets for us. We were able to take several samples home and to keep them long enough to be sure we had made the best choices. The order process was smooth and the carpets were ready for us in a reasonable amount of time. Finally, and very importantly, the installers were just wonderful. When you have people working in your home it is stressful and these men could not have been kinder, more polite, more efficient or better at their work. It was the icing on the cake that the install made us as happy as the carpets.”

He was very helpful, very efficient and made sure the carpet installation was done to our satisfaction. We had our entire house carpeted and we were not looking forward to what seemed like a daunting project. The crew was very helpful, took care in moving our furnishings, and did a great job; making what seemed liked an overwhelming task easier than expected. Our salesman was Dennis who was extremely knowledgeable and professional and directed us to the beautiful mohawk carpeting in his showroom. He never pressured us into the sale and was extremely helpful. Then on the day of installation the 2 man crew was incredible. Never stopped working and did an incredible job.
