“You really don't know how good or bad a business is until you have an issue with one of the products they installed. Within a year of our kitchen floor being installed, we noticed shrinkage of the tiles. After a few visits to evaluate the issue, Carpetland contacted the manufacturer and ended up removing the flooring and reinstalling a new one. That is all we could of asked of them.”

“We had an excellent experience with Carpetland, with their service and their products. My wife, Julie, is extremely picky and persnickety and her saleperson Patrick was super patient, knowledgable and professional. We love our carpet. Unfortunately, we had a little issue with the subcontracted carpet installers, who didn't wear foot protection and tracked dirt on the carpet. But Carpetland itself was super helpful, got a cleaner out quickly and rectified the situation. We highly recommend Carpetland in general, and Patrick in particular. Thanks!”
