From being neat and tidy, to getting our input when needed, to final details of the install that make the flooring look fabulous! Joe was able to work with me on timing with bathroom items that were delayed in delivery. All around Carpetland is a great place for customer care and flooring needs! They also did my tile backsplash a year or so ago and it is fantastic as well!!”

“We recently purchased two large area rugs, two smaller area rugs and a stair runner from Carpetland. Our experience was positive in every way. It began with our sales rep, Jake Sommer, who could not have been more helpful as we found just the right carpets for us. We were able to take several samples home and to keep them long enough to be sure we had made the best choices. The order process was smooth and the carpets were ready for us in a reasonable amount of time. Finally, and very importantly, the installers were just wonderful. When you have people working in your home it is stressful and these men could not have been kinder, more polite, more efficient or better at their work. It was the icing on the cake that the install made us as happy as the carpets.”
