“We had engineered wood flooring, tile and carpeting installed over a few weeks period. All went smoothly and the craftmanship of each was superb. Conrad Dotzler at the Germantown store was wonderful to work with. We never felt like he was trying to upsell us and he is very knowledgeable and great at explaining things. Maher - who did our engineered wood flooring is a master craftsman - it is beautiful. The bathroom tile and stairwell carpeting are also extremely well done. We will use Carpetland again and recommend them to others.”

“1.) They were late - I asked for a morning appointment because I had to be somewhere by 4pm. They confirmed that would happen. It didn't but they assured me that despite their lateness, it would be done by 4pm. It wasn't. It was done at 6pm. 2.) One of my doors was taken off its hinge and not put back on. On the bright side, the job WAS done and was done well. The work and the quality IS very good overall. Had those first two things not been an issue, this would have been a 5-star review. Its also BECAUSE the work was done so well that earned it a 3 star. And my salesman, Rick. He was pretty awesome too. None of this was HIS fault either. All in all, I would consider them again when I need additional work, but I would make my needs even MORE clear the next time (emphasis because I made it pretty clear THIS time AND gave them basically free reign on the date just so long as it was a morning appointment).”

There was no pressure when it came to the sales and the care and time the installers took, blew me away. They treated my home as if it was there own, exactly how it should be.
