“Following flooding in the lower level of our home, I stopped in at the Pewaukee store in early December fully expecting my carpet selection process to be a lengthy one. KRIS was quick to help despite the fact that I was a bit stressed about having to do this at all, especially at Christmas time, and that we had only a small budget to work with. He was very patient with me. He not only showed me a number of options, but he provided me with samples to take home, AND he even helped me find someone to move our large, heavy pool table! He set the appointment for the measurements for the following day, and the carpeting was installed a few days later— in plenty of time for Christmas! The installation crew was courteous and speedy, and did an excellent job! And to top it all off, we saved hundreds of dollars using our Valpack coupon! “We had a wonderful experience with Carpetland in Burlington, WI., and specifically with Adam. He walked us thru the entire process and was very patient with our selection process. We had 4 bedrooms carpeted along with an upstairs hallway and stairs. We were able to do this in two phases so that we could move the furniture from two bedrooms to the other two while they were getting finished. We are very happy with the finished project and would definitely use them again for any flooring needs.”
