“We are so pleased with Carpet Source. I had submitted a request for an estimate online. The company owner called personally the very next day to schedule our estimate. We had several samples to choose from and our install was done within the timeframe we needed (extremely quick). Carpet installers came right on time and did a professional job. “Carpet Source gives you the convenience of coming to you rather than you seeking them out. They do have a good product at a competitive price but not necessarily the lowest. I was disappointed in their carpet color selection - they do have a large selection of the most popular color (beige & earth tones) but not a good selection of actual colors (blue, green, wine, etc.) My in home sales rep did a very thorough job of meticulously measuring out the job but when my wife and I wanted to wait a day or so while we discussed our disappointment in color choices he used the "used car salesman ploy" of if you sign right now I will give you a better deal. I prefer the best deal even if I wait to commit. The best part of the experience for me was their installers, they were great and did their best to accommodate every suggestion and answer every question we had!! The office and sales people speak well of their installers but often go one step further to disrespect other company's installers - I could have done without this. Carpet Source receives mostly 5 star reviews. There are some lesser reviews (like mine) but I found them difficult to find on their website. I am happy with the finished product although it is not my 1st color choice. I would include Carpet Source among the companies I would consider if and when I need flooring installed in the future but would not "default" to them. I just changed my rating from a 3 to a 4 due to follow up by the owner of Carpet Source. I really believe Don's goal is to exceed the expectations of every customer and he is willing to go to great lengths to achieve that. We got a great product at a fair price. The color is growing on us and I am confident we will enjoy the quality for many years.”
