“I am very happy with Carpet Source. First, Tim helped us select the proper carpet for our use. Sometimes, the carpet you want isn't the best carpet for your needs. Tim helped us select a carpet that would stand up to three dogs and foot traffic. Installation was quick, professional, and well-done. I did have some questions about padding, but Don was quick to help me understand the how's and why's of waterproof carpet padding. The best decision I made was to tell Tim what I hated about the old carpet and allow him to guide me to the correct carpet for our particular household. When we set up the first consultation, Tim spent a lot of time asking the RIGHT questions about the old carpet and what I wanted to have in my new carpet. He asked about budget, longevity, and wear patterns. We talked about the dogs and my concerns about periodic "accidents". Rather than pour over carpet samples that wouldn't work, Tim was able to take leads from our conversation and show me the best samples for our needs. Rather than waste time looking all over Albuquerque for carpet and getting confused by all the ratings and brands, it's best to allow Carpet Source to determine what is best for you and then show you samples of the carpet that will work in YOUR home.”

“From the start, our experience with Carpet Source has been phenomenal. When Tim came to the door for our initial meeting, I was impressed with the tools he had, including the tool to measure our rooms and the computer program that he used to diagram our house and prepare our quote. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to come back a second time to speak with my husband and me together. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions (unlike some other places). Setting up the time to get our house done was easy and the workers that came to our house were courteous and flexible. They answered my questions, moved our furniture, and left the place looking great. I also met the owner Don, who came to my house shortly after the install because I had a concern with the carpet. I was not expecting the owner to come and I found him to be just as knowledgeable and friendly as the rest of the staff that I had interacted with during the whole process. We shopped around and we found that Carpet Source had great prices. There were no hidden fees or vague estimates. Everything was in one number, which included our carpet, pad, removal of the old carpet and pad, and furniture moving (which MANY places said was extra and would be “a hundred to two hundred probably”). When we had a concern that had not previously been discussed about a transition from wood flooring to tile, they took care of it and when we had a concern about moving a large piece of furniture, the owner called me back directly to address it and assure me that they guarantee all their work. “This company and its staff did a wonderful job. We did get some defective grout that was in no way their fault. I was amazed at how fast they took care of our issue that wasn't even their fault. Excellent staff, excellent installer, quick response on fixing an issue. We love our new floors and we deeply appreciate the prompt way everything was handled. The sales rep gave us great ideas to bring two different tile styles together, calling it mosaic, which we've never heard of but looks beautiful.
