“Beginning with our first phn call with Eppy, we had an exceptional experience with Carpet Source. Dillion is a very professional and well informed salesman, with great taste. He helped us make our carpet and flooring selection after listening to our likes, dislikes, and after looking at our home design. The installation crew was meticulous. We just had new drywall and baseboards installed and painted. Andrew and his crew made every effort to avoid damaging the work. This part of our home renovation has been flawless. The best part is, they came to us with the samples and quotes. We never had to go into a showroom or warehouse. The salesman, saw our home first hand. We'll definitely call Carpet Source again when we start our bathroom renovation! (The pictures don't do it justice) ”

“This is a very mixed review. Carpet source is very professional when it comes to sales and I appreciate the fact that they respond directly to customer complaints. Picking out carpet and laminate with Dillon was a great experience. He went over all the options, explained the process and everything was great. Then comes the install. . . In the pictures that I've shared you can see that from a distance, the carpet looks great. The product is good, but the install could've been much better. I live in an older mobile home and it's understandable that the old carpet was a pain to deal with. That being said, when the install was finished, I noticed that many of the cuts on the carpet were not very clean, uneven, and there were scuffs left on the wall from the installer pounding the carpet into the corners with a small hatchet. There was also a small part of moulding on the wall that was chipped off after the install. Aside from the install itself, I had to do a good amount of cleaning after the installers left my home. I hade to pick up excess material and trim strings all around the carpet with scissors. I also noticed that one of the installers smoked during his break (which I don't mind outside) but left cigarette butts in my yard. While the old carpet was hauled away, there were pieces of foam and debris left on my floor which I had to clean afterwards. All in all, it's a competitive price for flooring, but installation was the rough part and I wish that it was a better experience.”

“Everything about working with this company was smooth and pleasant. Communication with this company was top notch. I greatly appreciate how all my expectations were met even though I could not always be present for each step of the replacement of our carpets. I highly recommend this company also because their pricing was fair and reasonable (I can say so because I compared their prices with a handful of other local companies )”

“We recently had tile floors installed in 3 bedrooms and a master bedroom closet and we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome! Dillon met with us for an initial consultation and was extremely patient while we looked at a number of alternatives that would best meet our needs, preferences and budget. He met with us in our home with different samples and also at the tile supplier where we eventually dialed-in our final choice. We were able to find something that fit our planned budget and desired look. We then coordinated an install date with Eppie and he was very polite and accommodating. Jason, our installer, is a true craftsman and did an amazing job throughout what was an extensive process. His attention to detail was awesome and he did all he could to keep the worksite as clean as possible throughout the install. Thank you, Jason! “Don Lovato, Owner, is a friendly, personal guy who knows his business! It was terrific having Don come to the house to show carpet samples and talk about the install. Jason came today and did a stellar job installing and cleaning up. We chose a patterned carpet for the guest room and dressing area. The finished product is lovely and makes the rooms look high class. Don was referred by a friend and we would like to refer him to you if you are reading this review.
