“We did not use Carolina In-Home Flooring. We visited their showroom and worked with David to choose a Coretec luxury vinyl plank. David then came to the house and measured, and sent a proposal. His price was about $400 higher than an equally professional competitor for the same product, so we chose the other shop to do the work. When I told David we went elsewhere, he said he had a little wiggle room in the labor cost, but I don't like doing business that way. Give me your best price and let me compare, rather than revisiting each company to see if they can do better. Replace mixed floors with Luxury Vinyl Plank”

We received a very competitive quote and excellent communication with The company throughout the entire process. New flooring was going to be butting up to existing wood flooring in hallway and we were very happy that new flooring that was stained and finished on site was an exact match with our existing hardwoods. “everything went as promised...the installers showed up on time, after alerting me they were on their way. was asked to verify the scope of the job and inspect a sample of the wood ot make sure it was my selection. I was again asked to approve the layout of the new wood before nailing, and I rejected some off color pieces which they replaced very willingly. I as very satisfied with the outcome..”
