“We were very satisfied with the professionalism of this company and its employees from the salesman to the installation. The salesman delivered many samples and sent more as promised and promptly. He followed up with us and was not overbearing. The installation manager responded promptly to phone calls on the status of our order and the carpet was delivered exactly when promised. Installation was immediate and installers worked very hard and were courteous. At the end of the day then wanted to make sure they had done everything that needed to be done and didn't rush out leaving things undone. We were very impressed with their work ethic. Received a followup call from the installation manager to make sure we were satisfied and were told if there was anything we needed to let him know. We were also very satisfied with the selection of the carpets and the quality. Would definitely buy from this company again!”

The team did a great job retrofitting 9 floor returns, replacing the metal returns the builder used with wood and even stained them to match the hardwood floors. Outstanding customer services from Kelly, Mike, Oscar and Fidel. Fidel did an amazing job, he is a craftsman for sure. Super clean, outstanding customer experience. I will definitely use them again and I recommend you hire them too.”

Over the course of weeks he was responsive and helpful, always professional and, more than once, had samples sent to us so that we could easily find the look we wanted. Once the order was placed he kept in touch with us and, surprisingly, the were delivered earlier than expected. The two gentlemen that installed the floor did not stop for a minute and were informative and polite. My living room was left immaculate.
