“I’m very pleased with the customer service, product and installation. Ill give you something to watch out for, but overall this was a great place to get floors, and I recommend them for vinyl floors without any hesitation at all. I got lots of quotes and interacted with several companies. This was hands down the best. *THE GOOD* —Appointments are KEPT and on time. Thank you! —David Richter the sales guys seemed to me to be honest and straightforward, knowledgeable about the product, and patient with providing a LOT of different quotes for different options. He’s also a very friendly and pleasant to work with, nice guy and not pushy at all. —Products in showroom looked high quality with good choices and they were able to send samples quickly to my house for in home evaluation. —Installation by the **in-house installation team** was excellent. On time, efficient. Good work with attention to detail. Dealt well with an unexpected problem in sub floor for reasonable cost. No installation is perfect to a perfectionist eye, but, overall this was a really great installation. Looks good and feels solid. —The Shaw flooors “Lince” is what I went with on a designers recommendation. Looks good (mix of grey and brown) and lots of compliments from all visitors, pros and amateurs alike. Nice product. —Good price for good product and good work *NEEDS IMPROVEMENT* They initially sent a subcontracted installation team to do phase 1 of the work due to in-house team being busy. Of course I was in no small part sold on this conpany due to the long-standing and experienced in-house team. Sales and installation need to stay in communication and make sure sales team isn’t promising something installation team doesn’t deliver. The subcontracted team was unprofessional, didn’t bring the tools for the job, were rude, and actually lied to Carolina In Home Flooring about some details of the job. Thankfully, they didn’t do any work on my place. It did waste a valuable day. A few calls to Carolina In Home Flooring and insisted on the in-house team. They were disappointed as well in the subcontractor. I doubt they’ll use them again. I hope not. Carolina In Home Flooring worked it out and got the in hose team out to me quickly and the job was done well from there. FINAL ANALYSIS Great place to get floors done. Good price and good work. Just make sure you get the in house installation team and everything should be fine.”
