“We had an excellent experience working with Carolina In Home Flooring & Design Center. We received numerous estimates for our upstairs flooring, but Lonnie was able to secure the most competitive options for our budget. In addition, he was incredibly friendly without being pushy and prompt with estimates. Their office manager, Kelly, handled the ordering, appointment, and payment details with great efficiency. Our job, estimated to take two days, was finished in just one by Oscar's team. There was one small board at the top of the stairs that needed some extra attention, which Oscar fixed personally within the next few days. He even called back to check and see if we were satisfied. No haggling or unexpected surprises/expenses. Just a very good experience!”

“We were very satisfied with the professionalism of this company and its employees from the salesman to the installation. The salesman delivered many samples and sent more as promised and promptly. He followed up with us and was not overbearing. The installation manager responded promptly to phone calls on the status of our order and the carpet was delivered exactly when promised. Installation was immediate and installers worked very hard and were courteous. At the end of the day then wanted to make sure they had done everything that needed to be done and didn't rush out leaving things undone. We were very impressed with their work ethic. Received a followup call from the installation manager to make sure we were satisfied and were told if there was anything we needed to let him know. We were also very satisfied with the selection of the carpets and the quality. Would definitely buy from this company again!”

“I connected with Carolina In Home Flooring through Costco. It was easy to set up an appointment for David to come to my house and talk about my project. He arrived on time and I showed him the scope of my project and that I was looking for LVP flooring. He brought several samples in and I ended up choosing a color that I hadn’t thought of before based on his suggestions. I was surprised the next morning when FedEx delivered full size sample planks to my house. I quickly decided to go with Carolina over some other businesses I had contacted. Signing the contract was easy and once the flooring came in I was able to schedule the installation for a day that worked well for me. Prior to installation there was great communication about the timing, the installers arrived on time, did a great job and made sure I was satisfied before they left. They followed up the next day as well to make sure I was still happy with everything. I love my new floors, wishI had done them sooner! I would definitely use them again for my flooring needs.”

His professionalism and helpful recommendations on colors and styles won our trust in Carolina In Home Flooring. Oscar scheduled our project when it worked best for us, and kept in touch before, through and after the installation. Juan's installation team was superb. He asked permission to finish the job the same day by staying later. We so appreciated being able to make this just a one night hotel stay. We returned to a transformed home that we dearly enjoy.”

“Carolina In Home Flooring has done several projects for me over the years - laminates, carpet and vinyl planking. They just completed a job for me at my house with new wood laminate. David came to my house within a few days of scheduling to show me samples and talk through the potential projects. Once I chose to move forward they were able to schedule with me within a couple weeks - as soon as the materials came in. Oscar’s installation team worked so so hard to get everything in place. They got the job for 4 rooms done in one day, working til 8pm. They were extremely thorough, hard-working and professional. I will definitely plan to use them again.”

“Really easy and seamless experience from start to finish! I had a LOT of questions and David was super patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Once I finally made up my mind and placed the order, the material came within a week and the install was scheduled the following weekend. “The workers were very efficient in doing their work. They handled my furniture with care as they removed it and then put it back in place. While carpet removal is always a mess they kept it to a minimum and cleaned up before they began installing the new flooring. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”
