He was very patient and sent us as many samples as we wanted and they came promptly until we found the perfect floor! We put a deposit down, they ordered it, called when the product arrived. We set a date and time, again promptly arriving to remove carpet and install LVP. The installers did an awesome job, took the old carpet and cleaned up. The installation coordinator, Herman was very prompt and answered all of our questions about scheduling the work. The installers, Candy and Sergio did an A plus job and were extremely hard working.
