“I'll start with the sales rep. David had endless patience as we sorted through many samples in the home. When we couldn't find what we wanted in the samples he had, he went hunting for it and found exactly what we had hoped for. He went above and beyond. While Carolina In Home wasn't less expensive than other outfits, the service David provided had us choosing them for our floor. The installation team, led by Oscar, was great! We thought it would be a 3 day job, but they finished in 2 days. When we wanted to make sure that Kilz was applied to the subfloor in the room our pet had soiled, they got right on it. We had a custom threshold my husband made to match the existing landing he had installed, and again, it was no problem! The floors look amazing and we couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Carolina In Home Flooring!”

“We worked with Carolina In Home Flooring through Costco, and had a great experience from the initial estimate to the installation! David, our sales rep, listened to our needs and helped us pick out samples that we're really happy with. Kelly and Amanda were fast and responsive with the warranty info and Costco paperwork. Herman worked with us throughout the installation, and responded quickly to address some cosmetic issues that we found after the installation was complete. Oscar and his installation team were communicative, efficient, and considerate, even fixing squeaks and patching cracks in the sub-floor before laying down the new flooring.
