“My husband and I are very happy with our experience with Bockrath Flooring and Rugs. Doug helped us pick out a beautiful new kitchen flooring. He allowed us to take home samples of the flooring so we could determine which one suited our house the best, which was extremely helpful and allowed us to make the perfect choice. Paul and Dave were our installers and they were extremely kind and helpful. They informed us of any issues that came up during the install and walked us through the caring of our new floor. Matt was the last installer who came the next day, to finish the transitions to our carpeted areas, and he was extremely kind and funny and helpful. He even took a look at a section of carpet we need fixed that wasn’t part of our install. Finally Doug came back personally to do a final walkthrough and ensure we were happy with the new flooring. Overall, we are 100% ecstatic with our new floor and highly recommend Bockrath Flooring and Rugs!”
