Our salesperson, Lisa, made numerous trips to our house to make sure the carpet and tile colors were a perfect fit for our house, and she was in constant communication with us throughout the installation as well. She truly cared deeply about our satisfaction. The installers of both the tile and the carpet were wonderful as well! They put great pride in their work. They were professional in every sense of the word, and genuinely pleasant people to be around. Their work was truly high-grade, and they treated the job as if they were working on their own house.
