“The customer service and commitment to quality at this store are superb! I have dealt with several businesses in the process of remodeling my home and this store is by far the best in customer service, selection and quality. They are far better than McSwain flooring or any of the other competition in the area. This store has a huge variety of flooring and rugs. I have looked for the right rugs for my home for 5 years since moving in and only Bockrath was able to make what we needed. Also, the owner and store manager personally came to my home to do the measurements. The installer was knowledgeable and did a good job Then the store manager called me after the installation to make sure I was satisfied! They didn't just take my money and not follow up to make sure the job was done right like McSwain had done to me. I highly recommend this business it has a great owner and staff and they do a wonderful quality job and they have a selection you won't find anywhere else!”
