“Bockrath excels at customers satisfaction. We had an unfortunate problem with the initial installation of Karastan Luxury Vinyl Planks. Ninety eight percent of the job was excellent. However, the planks were installed over a concrete floor. In two places, the floors were not properly leveled. The issue was very noticeable. The owner, Doug Bockrath, came out, along with our salesman, Adam Schrimpf, and both agreed that the installation was not up to Bockrath standards. The floor was removed and reinstalled by Joe and his grandson. A combination of new and existing planks were used. It was done perfectly. The reason the initial floor was removed, when most of the initial installation was perfect, is the difficulty in trying to repair or replace a small section of plank. Bockrath did not cut any corners. Two close neighbors in our condo had vinyl planks installed. Both were installed over concrete,. One used Bockrath and was thrilled with her job. Her installer was Brian. The other neighbor used an independent small flooring company. The planks were purchased from Lowes, and the installation was done by the owner. When she saw the Bockrath installations she was so upset, she talked about ripping everything out,. The difference was that dramatic. I would highly recommend Bockrath flooring. They owner their customer satisfaction policy and have the longest warranty in the business.”

“I have shopped and made numerous purchases at Bockrath flooring since 1995. Many homes we have owned and occupied were all done by Bockrath. I also purchased a large aerial rug from them. I can not speak high enough about the business. Always a well done job and very professionally done. I have always lived at least one hour from the store but still made that drive when it was time for carpet. One of a kind for selection and unique flooring. Well worth the trip to Dayton to shop for high quality flooring..”

“This is an update to my review of May 3. i wasn’t able to delete my original review. I have the highest regard for Bochrath. Will have them do my bedrooms next year. However, I withdraw my praise for the installers. They made several serious errors. Bochrath will be tearing up part of the installation and redoing it. Bochrath honors their customer satisfaction warranty. I was too quick to praise the installers.”
