“I had bills carpet install new carpeting today. The 2 men who came dud a wonderful job. There was one hitch with my doors needing to be cut. Bills office sent Alan who did a great job. “We have never had carpet installed before, but would use Bill's again in a heartbeat. David made finding which carpet we wanted a super easy, and truly enjoyable experience. On install day, Bobby and Zack showed up right on time, ready to tackle our difficult basement job. They were incredibly nice and obviously very hardworking individuals. Talking with them about our concerns regarding some tricky spots, we felt completely confident they would do a great job, and they absolutely did! “Remodeling our home after 6 years of deciding, went to Bill's Carpet to get an idea of what we wanted, We were looking at specific sized area rugs and Jerry D. came over to assist. We were not looking to buy that day and he gave us so much information and help knowing we might not return. To me that speaks volumes on the integrity of this person and the store. Came back weeks later and Jerry was not there. Joseph came to our aid ordering a specific size area rug knowing Jerry was our 1st sales person. (That is what I call team work being considerate of each other.) Cannot wait to get our rug, will give an update when we do. Jerry Thank you for all your great service and Joseph for backing him.
