“Excellent customer service all the way around! Ernie, my salesman, was knowledgeable and friendly, patiently explaining all of my carpeting options while being mindful of my budget. He was truly a professional, no-pressure salesman. Melanie, the operations manager, worked with me when my carpet installation had to be rescheduled twice (this was NO FAULT of Bill's Carpet, it was delayed in transit), even offering me a generous credit for my inconvenience. My installers, Pete and his crew, Mike and Dan, were punctual, polite, respectful of my property, and even friendly to my pets. It was a large job, and they worked tirelessly all day, doing beautiful, neat, professional work. Pete really knows how to run his crew; together they were a great team providing a seamless installation. Pete especially fussed over the Hollywood style installation on my stairs. What an artisan! And service after the sale? Absolutely! There was a small section of flooring in my entryway that I was unsure about, so I called Melanie, who sent over Matthew, who just happens to be one of the owners of Bill's Carpet. He took one look and understood exactly what I was questioning. He went over and above to make it right! He and Melanie sent over Chris and Tommy, flooring installers who made that little section of floor just as PERFECT as my carpeting. I cannot say enough about my experience with Bill's Carpet! I will be calling them next year when it's time to carpet my family room!!!”
