“We recently had all of the carpets in our house replaced by Bill’s Carpet Center. It was a large job; one I was both excited and nervous for. However, my worries were for nothing. From the guidance of our sales person Deanna, to the quality of the carpet, the professionalism of the installers and the follow through of Matt, the owner, it all surpassed my expectations. Bernie and his crew were polite, hardworking and had my project completed in a little over two days. As someone else mentioned in their review, Bill’s had the carpet I purchased in their warehouse which worked in my favor. First of all, with the supply chain issues in today’s day and age, this was not a problem. Secondly, and more importantly to me, the out gassing has been minimal. I have allergies and really worried about this aspect of the installation since we were having the whole house done. I even waited until Spring so I could have the windows opened, but to my surprise, it has not been that bad. I anticipated staying at my daughter’s house until it dissipated, but a week later I’m still home. I would recommend Bill’s Carpet Center to family and friends.”

“We had just bought a house that needed extensive flooring updates. Bill's was the only one in the area that had quality carpet and hardwood in-stock, that could be ready to install within a week. Every other place were booking out 4-10 weeks which wouldn't work for us as we needed the flooring done before moving into the house. Because their stock was in their warehouse, it didn't need time to off-gas as much as newly ordered kind would. this was a big deal for us and were so grateful to have it ordered and installed so quickly and well. They were really great to work with as well. We had lots of technical questions that they were able to answer in detail. They even cost less than Home Depot for the exact same product because they took great care in measuring the square footage to ensure every bit could be used to not over quote the area needed. I highly recommend using them for flooring needs in the future.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but I was extremely impressed by Mike and Pete who installed my carpeting. Both were very professional and timely. The carpet was beautifully installed and I couldn’t be more pleased. They even mentioned that my old padding was better than what I had purchased so that saved us money. Dave, our salesperson was very knowledgeable. I had to reschedule my original installation date and they were very accommodating.”
