“Alan, Dion and Edward came to install carpets in 4 bedrooms today. They arrived on time and amazingly completed it all in 6 hours. They didnʻt stop for lunch since they knew all our belongings were all over the house and in the garage. They returned the beds to the requested positions, cleaned up and were always courteous. “Without the invaluable assistance of Evan Ishiara at American Floor and Home, we would have had a very difficult time re-doing our condominium floors to our liking. From the search for the perfect tile to the arranging for a contractor to install it, Evan was indispensable. Jason Cottle and Lloyd of Trinity Tile and their hard-working team did a wonderful job laying the tile that we chose. The three week project from the demolition of the existing flooring to the installation, grouting, and site cleanup proceeded smoothly with all problems that cropped up handled in a highly satisfactory manner. The crew of Ardell, Don, Paul, Anu, and Ayzek were skilled, efficient, and polite. To mitigate the inevitable dust generated, they wrapped everything in plastic from the cabinets to paintings to mirrors, countertops, fixtures and appliances. At the end of each day, they vacuumed and cleaned up the entire work area. The caulking and re-painting, including affected walls, was also done in a very professional manner. We were impressed and pleased with the through job they did as well as the results achieved. Even a stubborn pocket door problem that arose was handled promptly and proficiently by Jason and his associate Tim. Our special appreciation goes out to Ardell, who solved all the on-site problems that arose. Despite the uneven floors encountered, he managed to lay out and set the tile in a manner that maintained all the existing transitions between our cabinets and moldings without having to resort to unsightly fillers or other mitigation measures. We are extremely pleased with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend Evan at American Floor and Home and Jason and his crew at Trinity Tile for any tile work needed.”

The highly trained & constructed team of experts from drywall repairs (Philip A.), and flooring installation (Junior, Christian M., Delfin & Aris) performed exceptionally well with honor, respect and a polite disposition at all times.We are enjoying our beautiful flooring and dry wall work!
