“American Floor and Home had done or original installations in 2016. Now we expanded and needed more office carpet. Amazing experience from first to last. The salesman (Jacob White) reached out immediately after we called. He scheduled an appointment to come by and measure. He asked questions to figure out just what we wanted. He emailed the quote. Because I have heard so much about inflation I was expecting a high quote. The price came in lower than I had expected. They met my request to schedule within a week. When the installer (Alan Acacio) and his apprentice (Isaiah C.) heard we have a lot of trucks in the yard early they shifted their start time an hour to accommodate us. They arrived right on time. They greeted me and shared what they would be doing. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire time. They pointed out how the fit would be. Their craftsmanship was excellent and their friendly demeanor and professionalism exceptional. When finished they asked me to come in and showed their work. All is excellent - we will use American Carpet One for any future work as well.”

Kudos to all. Mo was very knowledgeable, Erin spot on with his estimate and not enough can be said about the installation crew. They arrived on time. Journeyman, Alan, was very friendly and personable. He introduced Josh and Edward, took a look at the area to be carpeted and took us to the van to view the carpet and padding we selected. They were very professional and made us feel at ease with the process, continually keeping us abreast of their progress and making us feel we could ask any of them any questions throughout the installation.
