“I was looking for a replacement rug remnant and Joyce made it easy to find a one. She gave me a sample so I could take it home to see how it looked in the room. When I decided to get it she worked up the order with the dimensions needed and had it bound on the edges. I had it picked up yesterday and I'm anxious to take out my current carpet/pad and do the replacement.”

“American Flooring and Home was the best buying and installation experience. Joyce Brown was a pleasure to work with on purchasing vinyl planking and carpet. She was knowledgeable with all the flooring products and had very good suggestions and ideas. I choose to install the planking myself and Joyce pointed me in the right direction for tips and tricks. Alan Acacio was lead on the carpet installation. Josh, Steve and Amiel also worked with the installation. They were all respectful of our home and professional in their work. Alan took the time to explain where and why joints were going to be. Can't say enough nice things about the crew. American Carpet installed my carpet 30 years ago and I am glad we choose them again. Kudos to Daniel Arita for continuing with his dad's legacy. Randy”

“Harry & Ann A. We just had premium vinyl plank flooring installed in our bedrooms to replace previous carpeting. The finished floors look wonderful. Sales rep Sean was very knowledgeable & easy to work with in selecting our replacement flooring. Because the floor stripping, surface prep & installation is a 3 day process, wanted to schedule half of the bedrooms, then the remainder 2 weeks later. That way we could sleep on our beds rather than on the floor. Installers Burt, Jr Velasco, Ed Delfin did a great job. They arrived promptly every day & worked very efficiently, in a professional manner. They were friendly & courteous. Clearing out the bedrooms before the installation was a chore for us, of course. However, their daily work did not disturb us. The always left their work areas & entry areas neat & clean. We have had work done by American Floor & Home (previously American Carpet Co) over the past 40 years. They have always done very good work for us.”

“Purchasing my carpet at American Floor & Home was the best thing I did after Home Depot screwed up my order. My salesperson, Roy, was very knowledgeable on the products they sold and helped steer me in the right direction. But Dion and Alan were the best! They made sure they had the carpet I ordered - which turned out to be the wrong one but was quickly rectified by a few phone calls. And they did an awesome job installing it. They told me what to expect and because the carpet I chose had a design, they said I would have enough left over for an area rug. They matched the design so well that you cannot see the seam where the carpet is joined together. I definitely recommend these guys!”
