“I had flooring installed on 7 February 22 by two professionals they were timely and very meticulous about their work. The flooring looks amazing and I love it! The flooring has changed the look of my hallway and I extremely happy with the work. I also had new carpet installed on my stairs on 9 Feb 2022 and this was done by one gentleman who was also professional, timely and his work is awesome! My new improvements to my home are great and it was a bonus having the work done by two skilled teams. I’d like to note both teams cleaned up behind themselves and were extremely timely. Thank you!”

“From start to finish my experience with Action Carpet & Floor Decor was excellent! I had been shopping at Big Box retailers for new carpet that came as close as possible to the color of my current worn out carpet since I loved the color and type of carpet I had. However my particular color range was currently not in fashion and very difficult to find. Shawn at Action Carpet was very helpful in finding me some options to consider and best of all the pricing was straight forwarded. This was so different from my previous experiences at the large retail stores like Lowe's and Home Depot where I could not get qualified focused help from an associate in the carpet area and the prices were not clear and the choices confusing. I had made several trips to these stores previously without being able to enlist qualified help and finding any options for carpet choices that met my need. I was also very pleased about the price I ended up paying which seemed much more reasonable than other estimates I had received. The staff at Action carpet was great at communicating every step of the way and called to remind us of the approaching installation date. When the installer, Nacho showed up the day of installation, he was on time, pleasant and polite and very efficient. He cleaned up perfectly at the end of the job. The installed carpet looks beautiful and was everything I had hoped for. Thanks Action Carpet & Floor for flawless service and such a great experience. “Action Carpet & Floor Décor installed my vinyl plank floors throughout the house. It was a big job removing tile and carpet. They had to move lots of furniture and Murphy beds. They did a fantastic job. Melanie helped guide me thru all the options in the showroom. She was patient and knowledgeable. Kenny coordinated the workers, who were highly skilled professionals. They covered items in the garage so they wouldn’t get dusty from cutting or wet from the rain. The floors are beautiful. The trim that was added matched perfectly with the cabinets. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend them to anyone.”
