This last time they installed luxury vinyl planking throughout our upper level. Kany was extremely understanding when we had to reschedule due to a hospitalization and worked with us to fit us in their busy schedule. The inststallers were on time, polite, very professional, and extremely competent. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they worked and how they cleaned up after themselves each day. “By far the best experience and result! Action Flooring did the carpeting and luxury vinyl throughout our entire home and it's perfect! We had to reschedule our install due to a contractor issue, no problem. My wife changed her mind at the last minute on the style of baseboard, no problem. “From the minute we walked into the showroom to when we said goodbye to the installers we knew we had selected the right company to take care of our flooring project. Anthony helped guide us thru all the options in the showroom to make sure we had the best fit for our needs. We chose beautiful luxury vinyl that looks like hard wood for the bathrooms and carpet that is durable, waterproof and feels like silk when you walk on it for the bedrooms, hallway and staircase. We also had Action Carpet install new floorboards to complete the look.The installation crews were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable....ultimate professionals. There were a couple of glitches during the carpet installation but Kenny personally came to the house and all was resolved in a matter of minutes. Kenny called the day after each installation to make sure we were happy. I loved working with this local business and highly recommend them for your flooring needs.”
