“I went to the Action Carpet showroom in Oceanside because I needed to replace the floor in my master bath. I described what I was looking for and the representative showed me some samples. She suggested that I take the samples home so that I could see what they looked like in my bathroom. It took my wife and I about 15 seconds to decide. I called the store on a Tuesday and told them which sample I liked and it was installed that Friday. The installers were professional, clean, courteous and did a fabulous job. The floor in our master bath looks absolutely AWESOME!!! Afterward, the owner of the store offered to refund me $49 of the installation price because there was some work that they didn't need to do. If you need flooring done in your home call these guys because they really are excellent. This company is honest, their prices are very good and their products and work are top quality. I highly recommend Action Carpet.”

“Exceptional service and quality define Kany and his team at Action Carpet. We have lived in 3 homes since moving to North County in 2012 and they are the flooring professionals we have learned to count on. They did two full-house flooring projects (wood and tile) and most recently were quick to the rescue when a dishwasher leak ruined wood flooring in two rooms and we were unsure how best to proceed. Their showroom is like a candy store, but their staff use their expertise to guide a decision based on your needs and your budget. Their pricing is fair, and they are cooperative and understanding when the inevitable delays during a remodeling project require a change in timeline. Their installers, men who have been with them for years, rather than months, are impressive: real craftsmen with the ability to resolve little design problems in creative and pleasing ways. “I would absolutely recommend Action Carpet and Floor Decor. Anthony, our sales rep, was great at providing advice and guidance for us based on some of our requests which included guidance on high-traffic areas, kids rooms, pets, rooms that received a lot of sun and areas that needed to coordinate with existing flooring that we wanted to keep. We ended up having carpet or ceramic tile installed in 5 rooms of our house. There was communication throughout and the guys that did the installation were courteous and very professional. I am very happy with the results!”

When a manufacturer's defect showed up a little over a year after installation, Kenny arranged for a box of replacement wood and had it installed without charge for a perfect match. “We purchased Mohawk Carpet for bedrooms and premium cortec premium vinyl with brand new baseboards. Everything we purchased was of the highest quality. It is absolutely beautiful! I would recommend Anthony our salesman and Kany the owner who were very professional and took personally every step of the way to completing the work In our home.
