“I am beyond impressed with Action Carpet’s prices and customer service!! I had carpet and base boards installed in my home and looked to Yelp for a good floor company. Action got my business because Dave was quick to call me back and answer all of my questions honestly and knowledgeably. When my husband and I arrived at Action Carpet Dave and Anthony helped me select a beautiful carpet and base board in my budget. Anthony came out to measure the floors and Augustine and Freddy installed my base boards a few days later. They were on time and worked hard to get the job done. My base boards look PERFECT!! Two days later Nacho and Leo installed my carpet. It also looks PERFECT!! Nacho made sure to walk me through every room and explain the warranty on the product. To say I am satisfied is an understatement. When Kenny called me a few days later to see if I was happy with everything I made sure to ask for every person’s name that I worked with from Action Carpet so I could be sure to include them in this excellent review. It is wonderful to find a vendor with so many wonderful employees. You can certainly trust Action Carpet to get the job done. They are honest and efficient.”

“Kany was very knowledgeable and he explained things well. I got 2 other bids 1 $2000 higher and one $400 less. Kany seemed to have a lot of integrity and honesty. Nacho did a wonderful job on our carpet. I didn’t get the flooring man’s name but he went above and beyond. Really nice people to deal with. RIGHT PRICE AND ON TIME”

First going in~~~ great service~~~ from the Gentleman that came to our home to do the measuring ~~ to the two men that installing our new floors. All professionals.~~ our new floors are beautiful and it was all done ✅ so fast from going in the store to it all done. “From the moment I talked with the owner Kany over the phone, I knew that he was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of flooring (which is what you would certainly expect from a man that has been in the business for over 30 years). Then when I came into his showroom for consultation, it became even more evident that he was a consummate professional. He assisted me in choosing the perfect carpeting and laminate to makeover a high end coastal condo. His installation guys are all employed in-house, and have worked directly for Kany for decades. With a lifetime guarantee on the installation, I felt completely confident about their craftsmanship. Upon a quick 3-day completion, the condo had been transformed from dated to spectacular, and the quality of work done by Omar/Ignacio and their crew was fantastic! In addition, Kany called multiple times to communicate and check in with me during the process, which I truly appreciated. All around, I am extremely pleased with the whole experience and the results. Five stars all the way! I will definitely be recommending AC&FD to anyone and everyone!”
