“Randy did a fantastic job educating us when it came to our carpet purchase. I was very happy with the our experience because Randy didn't try to oversell us on something we didn't need. We originally intended to install hardwood in a small area but Randy was able to redirect us to a decision on carpet that we are much happier with than if we had gone with the hardwood. Our installer Abdula was quick and efficient. He was very conciencious of my work from home situation, where he could be. He was walked me through the process he was going to follow allowing me to shift furniture around, with plenty of time, to accomodate the installation. The installation looks amazing and feels fantastic. Thank you very much for a amazing end-to-end experience!”
