“We hired Westvalley flooring to replace our basement carpet. Couple of weeks ago was the day when the installers showed up at our place. We were expecting it to be 2-3 days job and much to our surprise it was completed in 7 hours. The installers, Ejder and Wessam, are knowledgeable and so professional. They have practical skills and they applied their experience that was clear they have. They were physically fit and able to finish the job without even a break. It was a great experience and should we decide replacing the upper floor next summer, we will be requesting them by name.”

“Abudulah the installer was amazing, he made quick work of our basement stairs. Randy was a fantastic rep to deal with. He brought multiple samples and measured for my job at all once this saved me a trip to the showroom. I then went from measured to fully installed in less than a month and they had to order my carpet in, Fantastic service by everyone that I dealt with.”

“130th Avenue location. We had carpet installed in the complete house. Ryan was great and so was the installer Mo. The carpet arrived on time as promised. Ryan explained our options when we were looking to purchase. Mo was there early and was polite and professional and finished on time. Would highly recommend”
