“From Chris in sales to Ejder (and crew) for install we were impressed with the entire process of basement & stairs carpet replacement. The carpet covers several rooms with just over 110 yards ordered. New baseboards had been installed prior to the new carpet on the advice of Westvalley which worked out well. Seams were minimal and the attention to detail was more than evident. We recommend this company.”

We didn't have possession of the home yet, but he made sure we got the right carpet with the right dimensions and it went perfectly. “I ordered carpet for 2 bedrooms. Zach was great in showing me choices and explaining the differences which help me come to my decision easily. Carpet arrived on time and installed. I was able to get a left over piece binded to be an area rug for my living room. Zach also followed up after install was complete which was great customer service not experienced in big box stores. It took a long time to complete the project due to delays on my part. Christoper helped us navigate through these delays seamlessly. Ejder on carpet and Chris on hardwood installation were great to work with. A special thanks to Chris who had to maneuver around all the furniture that was still in the work area.
