“We have done business with Ultra Floors in the past so when we downsized into a condo and needed extensive flooring (carpet and hardwood floors throughout) we went there. Megan, Danielle, and Courtney could not have been more helpful. We were on a tight timeline to get carpet and flooring picked out, ordered, and installed. I was traveling for work and we had a deadline to move in. The pressure was on! Megan and Danielle helped us with the selections. They were so patient as I tried to decide. Courtney got the order submitted right away and stayed on top of when it would be delivered. We needed to have it done before the 2018 Christmas holiday. Chris and his crew (AWESOME!) spent a week doing installation, while working around the painter! When the flooring and carpet arrived I held my breath. After it was installed -it was BEAUTIFUL!! Excellent suggestions and choices with the help of Megan and Danielle. I highly recommend this business. It is family owned and they work with you. Our condo looks great thanks to you. Everyone who visits loves the flooring and carpet! THANKS!!!”
