“This was the 4th time we have worked with Total Flooring over the past 20 years. Over the years, they have done hardwood floors, porcelain tile floors, shower tiles, prefinished hardwood, and LVT for us. All were great experiences. This time they tore out our old tile floor in 3 rooms and replaced it with tile planks that look like wood. The floors are absolutely beautiful! Our kitchen looks so new and updated. They removed the old tiles and hauled it away. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. The installers were very nice and professional. The manager, Ken is great to work with. We are very pleased. No need to go anywhere else.”

Our sales rep Brittany did a fantastic job of helping narrow down the options to a handful that worked with the colors of our home and that fit within our budget. Juan and his team are super hard workers and did a beautiful job with the installation. Brit made the whole process from start to finish a great experience. We will definitely be back for additional flooring projects in the future, and I just recommended Brit to a friend following the purchase of her home that needs some updating. Highly recommend.”

“A great experience throughout. The selection of LVT was extensive. The showroom was bright and the service was amazing. My salesperson, Brit, was patient and answered a myriad of questions. When I made my decision, she worked everything expediently and around my schedule. She followed up every step of the way. Service with a capital S. The installers, Juan and George worked tirelessly. They do beautiful work. One of the best parts of this was the quote. There were no surprises at the end. The price that Brit quoted (everything- tear up, take away, move furniture, materials, installation and much more), was the price paid. Professionalism and service like this is the way every business should operate.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Total Flooring while finishing our basement. Brittany was very helpful with finding products that were within our budget and has a great eye for design. Brittany went above and beyond throughout the whole process. She was always very prompt with estimates, placing orders and getting installers out as soon as possible. We had 3 different installers work in our basement; one for carpet, one for tile and one for vinyl flooring, and all 3 did an amazing job. Total Flooring has great employees and a great selection. I would definitely recommend them!”

“I recently purchased a condo that needed some remodeling and I decided to start with the floors. Replacing the old ugly carpeting with new vinyl flooring was a priority. The first place I went was to one of the major home improvement retail stores but I didn’t get the help that I was looking for and there always seemed to be an issue. I decided to try a smaller local company that specialized in flooring and has been around for a long time but there were issues with them too. At this point, I started to get a little frustrated but I needed floors so I decided to try Total Flooring in Homer Glen. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by one of their employees. He introduced himself and told me his name was John and that he’d be more than happy to help me out with whatever I needed. I began by explaining what I was looking for and trying to do as well as the issues I had dealing with the other companies. John listened to everything I said and then reassured me that he’d be able to help me out and guaranteed me that I’d be happy with the outcome. John began helping me from that first day and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. On the day of installation, John was also able to find the time and stopped by while on his way to work just to make sure everything was going as planned. After all the issues I had with the other companies it was finally my turn to have an issue. The prior night I ran into a situation that caused me to fall behind with several things that I needed to do prior to the install. John and the supervisor of the install crew quickly came up with several options and within a matter of minutes there was a new plan and the installation was back on track. The install crew took over and was amazing. Juan was the supervisor and Carlos and Noe were his crew members. They immediately got to work and when I say work these guys worked. With the improvised changes, I was able to finish taking care of the things I needed to do in one area of the condo while the crew started their work in another area. Now I have always thought of myself as having a good work ethic and to me, I was moving at a good pace but before I knew it Juan, Carlos, and Noe were almost done with half of the condo. This crew was amazing and worked their asses off and when you work around people like that it actually makes you work harder so I kicked it into another gear and quickly finished doing what I had to do and got out of the crew's way so that they could finish. Juan, Carlos, and Noe far exceeded my expectations and when the installation was complete, I was totally satisfied with how everything looked. John of course reached out to me like he had done during the entire process and made sure that I was happy with how everything turned out. I definitely was and I could honestly say that choosing Total Flooring was the right choice and that John, Juan, Carlos, and Noe definitely made the difference. I fully recommend them and the Total Flooring team to anyone looking for new floors. They were all awesome to work with… ”
