“I’ve lived in the area for over 40 years, and never checked out this resource in my own back yard. After endless shopping, and finding nothing of interest, we stopped by one afternoon, and were blown away by the selection available, as well as how helpful the staff was in making our flooring selections. Being able to bring a sample home to see what it looked like in our own home made all the difference. Brittany followed up promptly with measuring our space and providing an estimate for the job. The installer, Jose, was polite, knowledgeable, and kept to the timeline we were promised. I would definitely recommend Total Flooring to anyone looking for quality and competence.”

“Several flooring options and prices to choose from. Customer service provided by Brit was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable on the products. Installation date was approximately 3 weeks out which was reasonable. Installation subcontractor used by total flooring did great work. Subcontractor was professional. We were not happy with some surface scratches on the new stairs that were installed and stained. Contacted Brit and provided her pictures. Brit had the stairs refinished no questions asked and at not extra cost. Customer service, product, quality, installation and communication with Brit were excellent. I would recommend total flooring.”

She was able to schedule the installation over multiple days so our office could still operate and was always available to answer our questions. The installation crew was extremely professional, courteous, and clean. Overall, we could not be happier with the process and how great our office now looks!”

“What a great experience all the way around! We worked with Patrick Kois through the Costco Program, which not only includes a solid discount but also a Costco gift card worth 10% of the purchase value. Patrick came out to our home with samples and we were able to find the right carpet for us very easily. The installers were also great. They did a nice job on the install and also took care to clean the floor after the old carpet tear out. And best of all, the new carpeting looks great. I highly recommend.”
