“We had hardwood floors installed in the past by Total Flooring, so we decided to go with them again, as they were a local business we had a good experience with. Our salesperson Pat went above and beyond the call of duty. We had a very complex situation, however, despite all obstacles, he was able to bring our desired floors to our new home as fast as possible - which was very important to us. He was in constant communication with us, answering all our questions and concerns through e-mails or phone calls - no matter what time of the day or night it was, even during weekends, we received an answer within 5 min. He explained everything in detail and kept us constantly posted on how the process was moving along. We couldn't be happier with the service he provided and we'll definitely use him in the future. The installer Juan and his team did an outstanding job. Thank you very much, Pat and Juan! Hands down, Total Flooring is the best!!”

“We just moved to Homer Glen & believe in "shop local"; although we got multiple estimates! Total Flooring was not the cheapest or most expensive, in the middle, we hired them. Our salesmen was John, couldnt have been nicer or more patient answering all our questions! We had hardwood floors installed in our Liv & Din Rooms; installation crew was amazing, came, saw & conquered!! They were WORKERS! Got done sooner than anticipated & ours floors are BEAUTIFUL! “Two years ago I purchased a slate title floor for my master bath room, shower walls and ceiling included. Also installed nu heat electric heated floors. Total flooring was very accomadating as this project was completely custom. After a few minor issues, total flooring handled the situation very professionally.
