“I love everything about Total Flooring. I have known them for many years. The fact that they are a family owned business makes them rate very high with my family. We have contemplated new flooring for a while and saw many of the employees last week and decided to get this project rolling. We need the whole house redone. Sherry Beller was so helpful in guiding me. Patrick Kois came out and brought sample of the Costo flooring we are interested in. He took the measurements, answered every question we had and told us he would have the information in 24-48 hours. In less than a few hours, (when we thought he had gone home to dinner and a little relaxation with his family), we found the answers in our email. Our only decision now is whether to do half the house or get it all done at once. I highly recommend the warm friendly feeling you get when you realize you are dealing with people who care about doing business with you. I highly recommend them and will pass their names along to everyone I know who needs flooring.”

John brought out multiple samples and helped out to make sure the job was completed on time for new furniture. The installation was efficient and workers were careful with my home. “I recently had my basement flooring and bathroom tile installed. by Total Flooring. I chose this business because it is local and I try to support local businesses. Sharon was my sales person, she made the decision process very easy. I must admit I do have trouble making decisions. Sharon was unbelievably helpful and must have shown me every tile and floor samples in the store. After finally choosing the flooring and tile, the install could not have gone better.
