I had lots of questions and they made sure to answer each one with full explanations. They are the best! My job may not be complete but it's definitely off to a great start after this dynamic duo!”

“I want to thank Cape Fear Flooring for their professionalism, friendly attitude, quick to respond, work determination to restore my home back to normal coming from water damage from the hot water to my kitchen and garage. I thank you Dana for helping me from day one getting this process started, explaining each step, and how and what to say to my adjusters. You are such a sweet lady and kind. Joey thank you for keeping me informed and updated on what needed to be done and when and for you team that was so wonderful and diligent, professional at all times, and cleaned up behind themselves. Even the ones who started with the fans first so nice and wonderful. Alan thank you for helping me pick the right flooring and your team was wonderful and funny they did a great job also. Everyone at this company did a great job and I loved their willingness to make sure everything went smoothly! Thanks again and I will use them again if needed. I have my home back! “I was experiencing soft spots in my kitchen floor where the staples of the subfloor were literally pushing through the vinyl. Thomas was beyond informative and courteous. He asked all of the right questions to find out what took place. Back last year my fridge was leaking and I thought it was a defrost issue but it was my water line to my ice maker. I had my father unhook the line and mopped the floor. I mopped up the floor but the water had trapped itself between the layers of subfloor and was never properly dried. He was so professional and helped me get my issue addressed. I would highly recommend him. Even with the pandemic he was sanitary and very intentional with wearing his mask. Thank you Thomas!!!”

“We had a pipe burst in our garage and flood most of our home, Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration did the absolute amazing and professional job I have ever seen. They responded and came on site the day of the damage. Mike and his mitigation team were professional and quick to mitigate all the water damage not to mention they were able to get all the fans and start the mitigation process the very next day, they worked with us and answered any question we could possibly ask. Our Project Manager Joey was also fantastic! Anytime we had questions on anything he was able to hold our hands the entire way, thankfully! Also a special thanks to Roxanne and Diane for helping us with the process of handling the questions we had regarding our claims and mortgage company. Although I hope we do not need their services anytime soon , I am so thankful for their services and will give them a 5 star rating any-day!!!!!!!!!!!”

“cape fear is the best from the moment i called them. After i called my insurance company within 2 hrs they were at my house soaking up the water and drying my home.My complete home minus the garage needed service due to the main water leak in the master bath.They helped me with my adjuster, assisiting with claim, kept me ingotmed daily. Once my home was dry we picked out materials and within 3 weeks they started the project. I needed my home painted, carpet, vinyl flooring,and plumbing.They started on a mon and was complete my thrus of the same week with no issues. I would def recommend cape fear and i would use them again in a heart beat.”

“I had a small leak in my home from Hurricane Florence that went unnoticed and left me with water damage in one of my bedrooms. I called Cape Fear Flooring to tell them about my immediate problem and they responded quickly I had Joey McDuffie as a Project Manager who provided good service and answered any questions I had. Overall I say the completion of work they did was ok. Two rooms weren't completely painted it was If only one one coat was done so spots were left over. They also fixed the shingles on my roof quickly they just replaced them with an entirely different color so now roof is two different colors and absolutely DID NOT WANT THAT. 3/5 for service.”
