“So I am a new homeowner and my water heater decided to leak suddenly unknowingly to myself and family. Mrs. Sabrina was amazing when I spoke to her about obtaining help from this company. She sent out Mr. Josh who was very informative, patient and caring about the well being of my family as well. He was very compassionate and answered every question multiple times each time with a smile. The damages to my home was very depressing to discover, but he reassured I and my hubby that we were in good hands. After his findings he reached out to Mr. Alvin, Mrs. Sandra, Chris May, Fred and Eric and they flew in like the dream team to our rescue. Everyone was professional, pleasant and understanding of my concerns with my home, due to me having 4 small children, including one who is Autistic and who takes daily respiratory medication. As a healthcare professional I truly understand the importance of customer service and being compassionate, but this team today went above and beyond for my family. I know we have a small journey ahead of us with the restoration of my home. But I am confident that this team will see us all the way through. “Joey Mcduffie, Allen McLamb, and J.R Sandavol, what a great team they are! From 1st contact with Cape Fear Flooring 6 July 19 due to water damage on my kitchen floor, nothing but professionalism. The journey from drying everything out, to estimates, back and forth negotiating with insurance company, to picking flooring and paint and finding the perfect cabinets was 3 month. That seems long, but as Joey initially promised at first meeting, he would take care of us and not stop until we were completely satisfied. He made good on that promise. We are very pleased with our new kitchen!!! Cape Fear Flooring Rocks!!!”
