“Installation team showed up on time. Old carpet and tile flooring was removed and replaced with beautiful new LVT. An important part of this job was removing and reinstalling the toilet, if this task had not been completed correctly there was a potential of damaging a newly remodeled bathroom on the first floor. I was very please with the work of the team. All old flooring materials were removed and the work area was left spotless. I would definitely use Luna again.”

“My experience with Luna in Oak Brook Terrace was amazing. My husband and I visited the store two years ago and received an estimate. We went to quite a few other flooring stores to compare pricing and costs. It took quite some time but Joe from Luna never pestered us about coming back in. Then COVID happened so another year went by. None of the other stores had the flooring that we liked and the prices quoted were much higher. We went back to Luna and they stood by the quote that they gave us two years ago along with a few other discounts. The customer service was fantastic and installers were very prompt and courteous. They explained things every step of the way and accommodated us on some on the spot changes. They are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and we will definitely be going back to get carpeting later this year.”
