“Joe at Luna is one of the best professionals I have had the pleasure of working with. He doesn’t mince words, he respects if you can beat his prices (which are already very competitive to start with), and he remedies problems right away. We worked together to order wood flooring, picked out our color and got it ordered. When delivered they were the wrong color (it seems the sample in the store was just a one off incorrect sample). I called him at 5:30 PM when we found the discrepancy. He worked with me until close that day and before the store opened the next morning he had figured out the problem, had solutions ready for us that would fit our remodel schedule and called me to let me know. I don’t normally vouch for people… but I can vouch for him. Honest, straight forward and helpful.”

“We had a good experience initially working with the sales group on products, pricing, and options. We were looking for finishing flooring in two rooms in our basement where one room had a slope to a drain. The team was nice enough to send out an installer ahead of install to walk the slope and suggest best product and prep. Which was sanding down some concrete and leveling with new drain. We were happy at that point but ran into issues with the install operation. In our quote there was $450 for floor prep in the one room. When the installer showed up he had no equipment to sand/grind down high areas. They did a quick job of leveling a little bit of the floor and didn't put in a new drain cap. Very disappointing they were not prepared to do what they quoted and only ended up prepping for an hour or two. Next day they came back to lay the carpet and they laid it down over the open drain. They install team also dumped excess material on our driveway and yard. After following up with Luna they did send the crew back to add a $5 drain cap and clean up the debris (which I'd already done as I didn't want the excess leveler setting on the asphalt). Overall good instore experience but very underwhelming install and execution.”

“Scott Westbrook was my salesman, he’s extremely professional worked within my budget and did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. The real reason I’m writing this review is that there was an issue with a wobble on the toilet after they put in the bathroom flooring I didn’t notice it right away until after they left. I called Luna and within two hours the gentleman were sent back they fixed it to my satisfaction and make sure that there was nothing else they could do before leaving. The gentleman cleaned up all their mess put things over the floor so as not to soil carpet leading to the bathroom. I’m very pleased with Luna and will use them in the future and recommend them to my family. I would not recommend a company to my family if they didn’t deserve it .
