“Many choices”

“I first want to say that I was very skeptical on going with Luna when I read some of the reviews, but I am extremely happy that I decided to go ahead with my flooring project. My salesman and customer service made me feel comfortable with my decision and answered all questions and concerns that I had. I replaced 3000 sq. ft. of floors in my home and I did not have one issue. The installers did an excellent job and if they noticed anything that I should be aware of they brought it to my attention. I am very happy with my purchase from Luna.”

“I’m not sure which location my sales rep is associated with but if Luna wants to lead the world in revenue, make Darrin Collins the universal sales guru for all things Luna! He is simply outstanding. We had other reps from Luna and other companies. Pricing, quality, options, missed appointments, etc......there was always an issue. Then after another rep no show, Mr. Collins sort of dropped from the heavens and the rest is history! Flooring for basement and great room is spectacular! However, Mr Collins wasn’t the only star. Installers Joanna, Roman, and Alex were on point on every level!”
