“I met Chris when he worked for another flooring company as an employee. He was professional and his follow-up was unbelievable. When he left and started Floor Dr's the old company struggled to make it and had to close (without him there) and consequentially they didn't finish a job at my home. Chris found out and he came back to my house and fixed a job that the last company left and could not fix. He personally didn't owe me anything and he did the right thing. I don't know of a better example of integrity and professional courtesy. I have used him since, and have referred him to neighbors with great results for all!”
